We are in a delightful, quiet and peaceful area, not far from our local shopping centre, and not far from Queenstown airport. Centrally situated between Coronet Peak and the Remarkables Ski Fields and one hours drive to Cardrona ski field. You don't need to phone for a Ski Report,
just step out onto the verandah to check the slopes of Coronet Peak. Queenstown is blessed with an abundance of incredible clear, crisp and
sunny winter days, so if you need a day off from skiing why not take a flight to Milford Sound?
The scenic flight over the Southern Alps defies description; the cruise on the sound is awe inspiring. Or take a relaxing cruise on the
wonderful TSS Earnslaw and enjoy a delightful morning or afternoon tea at Walter Peak, have lunch at Gibston Valley Winery, take a Gondola ride
to Bob's Peak and survey the majesty of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range, or spend a couple of hours Ice Skating at Queenstown
leisure park.
Looking for Nightlife? - Queenstown comes alive after dark! Dine and dance the night away in your choice of night clubs, taverns and bars.
There's a movie theatre and an ice skating rink and most shops are open until late, seven days a week. Or just stay home and relax by the fire.
The options are too numerous to count. One thing is for sure, you won’t be bored!
